Senator Mark Daly 2% laws introduced in Ireland annually are scrutinised by the Dail and Seanad. We are denying all our Irish citizens overseas the right to vote. Enda Kenny’s plan to abolish the Seanad will only make a bad situation worse. Reform is what is needed.
